I created my dream software.

Hi, I'm Paul. I'm a part-time card seller on eBay and a long time Kronocard user. My pet peeve on eBay is when it crops my photos and cuts off the top/bottom of the cards. eBay sometimes does this for images that aren't perfect squares. So I started creating software to automate squaring my images. Then I added to it so that my listings from Kronocard would automatically use my eBay business policies. I kept on adding things to solve my own problems and occasionally documented the process on my YouTube channel.

Once my eBay store reached 100,000 active sports card singles, I went to apply for the "secret" program to get extra free listings to continue to grow my store. Naturally, eBay had just ended that program and took it away from sellers who were already in it. I thought I was screwed. But it turned out to be a blessing in disguise because it turned me on to selling lots instead. That led me to start creating the software that has become CardCobra.

CardCobra is constantly improving. I add a ton of features recommended by my fellow users. I use it every day myself so I continue to add the things that I want and need too. My goal is to eventually have it so that any scannable products can have their single/lot listings automated so that we as sellers can maximize our profit per hour while simultaneously giving our customers the best price and best experience possible. For 2025, I'm also taking a shot at creating a robot that will automate sorting sports cards for me and my fellow CardCobra users. Wish us luck!
